Entfernt Bearbeitungs\u00f6le und R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>2. <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sp\u00fclung<\/strong> &#8211; zwischen den einzelnen Schritten wird mit enth\u00e4rtetem und destilliertem Wasser gesp\u00fclt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>3.  <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Desoxidation<\/strong> (HNO\u2083) &#8211; 3 Minuten bei 60\u00b0C. Beseitigt Oxide und bereitet eine reine Aluminiumoberfl\u00e4che vor. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>4.  <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Alkalisches \u00c4tzen<\/strong> &#8211; 2 Minuten bei 60\u00b0C. Erzeugt eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige matte Mikrotextur. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>5.  <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Saures \u00c4tzen<\/strong> &#8211; 10 Minuten bei 35\u00b0C. Verfeinert den Oberfl\u00e4chenton und verbessert die Lackhaftung. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>6.  <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Endg\u00fcltige Desoxidation<\/strong> &#8211; 3 Minuten bei 60\u00b0C.
