M\u00edsto toho, aby se v\u00fdrobci spol\u00e9hali pouze na vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrolu, mohou ov\u011b\u0159it vlastnosti v\u00fdrobk\u016f podle zaveden\u00fdch referen\u010dn\u00edch standard\u016f, jako jsou specifikace ISO, MIL a DIN. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d jsou normy a certifik\u00e1ty p\u0159i eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina spor\u016f ohledn\u011b kvality p\u0159i eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed vznik\u00e1 kv\u016fli nejasn\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00fdkres m\u016f\u017ee obsahovat pouze \u00fadaj \u201eeloxovan\u00fd hlin\u00edk\u201c, ani\u017e by byla uvedena tlou\u0161\u0165ka povlaku, klasifikace, po\u017eadavky na ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed \u010di krit\u00e9ria kontroly. Z hlediska v\u00fdroby to ponech\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00fd prostor pro v\u00fdklad. Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed normy pro eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed zjednodu\u0161uj\u00ed proces kvalifikace t\u00edm, \u017ee definuj\u00ed, jak by se povlaky m\u011bly vyr\u00e1b\u011bt, testovat, m\u011b\u0159it a dokumentovat. <\/p>\n\n<p>T\u0159i normy, na kter\u00e9 se v oblasti pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji odkazuje, jsou:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normy ISO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specifikace MIL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normy DIN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A\u010dkoli ka\u017ed\u00fd syst\u00e9m pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 odli\u0161nou terminologii a metody klasifikace, v\u0161echny maj\u00ed za c\u00edl stanovit opakovateln\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na kvalitu a objektivn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria shody.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ISO 7599 \u2013 Norma pro dekorativn\u00ed a ochrann\u00e9 eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>Norma ISO 7599 se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i dekorativn\u00edm a ochrann\u00e9m eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v odv\u011btv\u00edch architektonick\u00e9 a komer\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdroby.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u010cast\u00fdm omylem je, \u017ee shody s normou ISO lze dos\u00e1hnout pouh\u00fdm dosa\u017een\u00edm stanoven\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ky povlaku. V praxi je tlou\u0161\u0165ka pouze jednou ze slo\u017eek po\u017eadavku. <\/p>\n\n<p>Norma se d\u00e1le zab\u00fdv\u00e1:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kvalita t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Odolnost proti korozi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vzhled povrchu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slad\u011bnost barev<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kontroln\u00ed postupy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metody validace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>T\u011bsnost je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, proto\u017ee nadm\u011brn\u00e1 por\u00e9znost m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit trvanlivost n\u00e1t\u011bru, i kdy\u017e jsou spln\u011bny po\u017eadavky na tlou\u0161\u0165ku. \u0160patn\u011b ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00fd n\u00e1t\u011br m\u016f\u017ee sice proj\u00edt po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed kontrolou tlou\u0161\u0165ky, ale v praxi m\u016f\u017ee vykazovat nedostate\u010dnou funk\u010dnost. <\/p>\n\n<p>Norma ISO 7599 proto zahrnuje zku\u0161ebn\u00ed postupy ur\u010den\u00e9 k ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed jak tvorby povlaku, tak kvality po n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MIL-A-8625 \u2013 Specifikace pro eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 americkou arm\u00e1dou<\/h3>\n\n<p>Norma MIL-A-8625 pat\u0159\u00ed i nad\u00e1le k nejuzn\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edm specifikac\u00edm pro eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed v leteck\u00e9m a obrann\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu a ve vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n<p>Specifikace rozd\u011bluje eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed do t\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u00edch kategori\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Typ I<\/strong> vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed kyselinou chromovou pro speci\u00e1ln\u00ed aplikace v leteck\u00e9m a kosmick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Typ II<\/strong> zahrnuje konven\u010dn\u00ed eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed kyselinou s\u00edrovou ur\u010den\u00e9 pro ochrann\u00e9 a dekorativn\u00ed povlaky.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Typ III<\/strong> ozna\u010duje tvrd\u00e9 eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed, b\u011b\u017en\u011b naz\u00fdvan\u00e9 \u201ehardcoat\u201c.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pro v\u00fdrobn\u00ed t\u00fdmy p\u0159esahuje rozd\u00edl mezi typem II a typem III r\u00e1mec pouh\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ky povlaku.
