M\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd vliv na odolnost proti korozi, chov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i opot\u0159eben\u00ed, rozm\u011brov\u00e9 zm\u011bny a soulad se specifikacemi pro eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad norma MIL-A-8625. <\/p>\n\n<p>V praxi nejsou ot\u00e1zky typu <strong>\u201ezvy\u0161uje eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ku?<\/strong>\u201c, <strong>\u201ejak\u00e1 je tlou\u0161\u0165ka eloxovan\u00e9 vrstvy<\/strong>?\u201c nebo <strong>\u201ejak\u00e1 tlou\u0161\u0165ka eloxovan\u00e9 vrstvy je po\u017eadov\u00e1na podle specifikace<\/strong>?\u201c pouh\u00fdmi teoretick\u00fdmi \u00favahami \u2013 ur\u010duj\u00ed toti\u017e strategii obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed, tolerance a kone\u010dnou funk\u010dnost d\u00edlu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Procesy eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed se obecn\u011b d\u011bl\u00ed na typ I, typ II a typ III (tvrd\u00e9 eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed). Ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich vede k odli\u0161n\u00e9 <strong>tlou\u0161\u0165ce eloxovan\u00e9ho povlaku<\/strong> v z\u00e1vislosti na slo\u017een\u00ed elektrolytu, hustot\u011b proudu, slitin\u011b a dob\u011b zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je tlou\u0161\u0165ka eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Tlou\u0161\u0165ka eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed je celkov\u00e1 tlou\u0161\u0165ka vrstvy oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho, kter\u00e1 vznik\u00e1 b\u011bhem elektrochemick\u00e9ho eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed. Nejedn\u00e1 se o nanesenou vrstvu, ale o povrchovou oblast z\u00e1kladn\u00edho hlin\u00edku, kter\u00e1 pro\u0161la chemickou p\u0159em\u011bnou. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak vznik\u00e1 anodick\u00e1 vrstva<\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u0159i anodizaci se hlin\u00edk pono\u0159\u00ed do kysel\u00e9ho elektrolytu a funguje jako anoda. Ionty kysl\u00edku vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed v r\u00e1mci elektrochemick\u00e9ho procesu reaguj\u00ed s povrchem a vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed hustou vrstvu oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho. Tato vrstva nar\u016fst\u00e1 jak do p\u016fvodn\u00edho povrchu, tak nad n\u011bj, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se anodizace z\u00e1sadn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed od lakov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di pokovov\u00e1n\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto se <strong>p\u0159i ponorn\u00e9m eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed hlin\u00edku<\/strong> vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pevn\u011b spojen\u00fd povlak, nikoli nanesen\u00fd film.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jednotky pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ky (\u00b5m, mil, palce)<\/h3>\n\n<p>Tlou\u0161\u0165ka eloxovan\u00e9 vrstvy se obvykle ud\u00e1v\u00e1 v:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mikrometry (\u00b5m)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mils (0,001 palce)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palce (v sou\u010dasn\u00fdch specifikac\u00edch se vyskytuj\u00ed jen z\u0159\u00eddka)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Typick\u00e9 p\u0159evody:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10 \u00b5m = 0,39 mil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 \u00b5m = 0,98 mil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 \u00b5m = 1,97 mil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 \u00b5m = 2,95 mil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d je tlou\u0161\u0165ka d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Tlou\u0161\u0165ka eloxovan\u00e9 vrstvy ur\u010duje, jak se povlak chov\u00e1 v re\u00e1ln\u00fdch provozn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Ovliv\u0148uje odolnost proti korozi, chov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i opot\u0159eben\u00ed, vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed jednotnost a kone\u010dn\u00e9 rozm\u011bry d\u00edlu. Ve v\u00fdrob\u011b mohou i mal\u00e9 odchylky v <strong>tlou\u0161\u0165ce eloxovan\u00e9 vrstvy<\/strong> rozhodnout o tom, zda d\u00edl spln\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed po\u017eadavky, nebo zda p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed sel\u017ee.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odolnost proti korozi<\/h3>\n\n<p>Siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed povlaky poskytuj\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed dif\u00fazn\u00ed cestu pro vlhkost a ne\u010distoty. To zpomaluje pronik\u00e1n\u00ed elektrolytu p\u00f3rovitou strukturou a oddaluje korozi na rozhran\u00ed s hlin\u00edkem. Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 tlou\u0161\u0165ka v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it k\u0159ehkost, tak\u017ee v\u00fdkon z\u00e1vis\u00ed jak na tlou\u0161\u0165ce, tak na hustot\u011b povlaku.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vzhled<\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u0159i eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed typu II m\u00e1 tlou\u0161\u0165ka povlaku rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed vliv na absorpci barviva a st\u00e1lost barvy. Tenk\u00e9 povlaky vedou k nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9mu zbarven\u00ed v d\u016fsledku vlivu podkladu. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 siln\u00e9 povlaky sni\u017euj\u00ed rovnom\u011brnost nanesen\u00ed barviva a mohou zp\u016fsobit posun barevn\u00e9ho odst\u00ednu. Barven\u00e9 povrchov\u00e9 \u00fapravy t\u0159\u00eddy 2 se hojn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed u pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Po\u017eadavky na tlou\u0161\u0165ku podle normy MIL-A-8625, typ III<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Tlou\u0161\u0165ka povlaku typu III podle normy MIL-A-8625<\/strong> se obvykle pohybuje od 25 \u00b5m a v z\u00e1vislosti na po\u017eadavc\u00edch na odolnost proti opot\u0159eben\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159es\u00e1hnout 75 \u00b5m. Obvykle se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy <strong>tlou\u0161\u0165ka tvrd\u00e9ho eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> p\u0159\u00edmo ovliv\u0148uje \u017eivotnost. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eloxov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy 1 vs. t\u0159\u00eddy 2<\/h3>\n\n<p>T\u0159\u00edda neur\u010duje pouze tlou\u0161\u0165ku, ale ovliv\u0148uje tak\u00e9 c\u00edle \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed procesu.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Anodizac\u00ed <strong>t\u0159\u00eddy 1<\/strong> se rozum\u00ed nebarven\u00fd povlak, u n\u011bho\u017e z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u00e1 oxidov\u00e1 vrstva po zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed nezm\u011bn\u011bna.
